Basic Tutorial To Make A Server (For windows users only)

 

 

Good Day! People's

I made this RAN Blog Page for help the newbie in RAN Developing! Sana malaki ang maitulong ng Blog na ito para sa mga naghahangad maging RAN Owner at sa mga naghahangad na matuto sa ganito larangan! Also 10Year's na din ako sa ganito larangan. Pero hindi naman ito ang akin pinagkakabuhayan kundi, panatiko ako nga RAN Online Since 2006. Then naisipan ko mag aral about sa RAN Online Development and now I have small Knowledge that I want to share to other's. I hope I can help for those newbie's in this field of Games and Development!

Maari kang magcreate ng Ran Server Beta Test (Trial Server sa iyong sarili PC) kailangan lamang na meron ka ng mga sumusunod na softwares.

 IDM (Internet Download Manager)

Main Software is SQL (Microsoft Software for Database)

Required applications for you to install the SQL (you can automatically obtain these application just enable the Windows Update). You must get the applicable to your system. If your O.S.(operating system) is 32bit, get the x86. Same with 64bit O.S. choose x64 version. 

As of now Windows 7 or Windows 10 is Capable for RAN Online Server!

 

Mayroon tayo ibat ibang SQL Server Version, 2005-2008-2012-2014. Kalimitan ng RAN Online Files ngayon ay SQL 2014 ang ginagamit depende sa RAN Files gagamitin.

Note! Kung ang gamit nyo is Windows 7, Maari kayo gumamit ng SQL 2008 to 2014. Yan ang mas prefer gamitin sa ngayon.

 REMINDER!

1. Install/extract the full client wherever you want in your O.S.

2. Make another folder wherever you want (much better put in C:/) and name it as Server Start.

3. Extract the server files inside the Server Start folder.

4. Copy the data folder inside the full client that you chose and paste it inside the Server Start folder.

5. Copy all dll files from your full client and paste it to Server Start.

6. Copy and paste also the param.ini from full client to your Server Start folder.

7. Edit your cfg files gui files (located at data>gui, focus on credits) using notepad++.

8. Start your server according to the right order:
